Earth Day Green-Up in Kentlands

On April 25th, 2009 the Kentlands community will begin another annual "earth day" clean up. This years 100% volunteer workday will consist of cleaning up trash, recycling batteries and light bulbs, and the planting of 15-20 new trees around some of the lakes in Kentlands.

Hallco Enterprises will be passing out cold bottled water during the event and Whole Foods of Gaithersburg will be providing snacks. To learn more about the Go Green Group of Kentlands or the the Clean Up Day, Go to their WEBSITE.
